The 2010 Houston Texans are back at Reliant Stadium. Reliant Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Houston, Texas. The stadium is the home of the NFL's Houston Texans, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the Texas Bowl, host to USA National Soccer Team's numerous international soccer matches and other special events. Reliant Stadium is part of a collection of venues, which are collectively called Reliant Park. The entire complex is named for Reliant Energy who bought the $300 million naming rights in 2000. The "natural grass" stadium was constructed at the cost of 352 million dollars and is the first facility in the NFL to have a retractable roof. It was built with football as its top priority, as evidenced by a healthy 44,000 sideline seats out of 71,500. More or less 200 suites complement Reliant Stadium -- Lower Level (200s), 78 suites; Club Level (300s), 11 suites; Upper Level (400s), 88 suites; Upper Halo (800s), 19 suites. Lower level luxury suites are closer to the action than in any other NFL stadium (and nearly 90 feet closer to the playing surface than at the Astrodome). The suites can seat from 16 to 22 people. Club seating is also available. Food courts on the main concourses will offer the standard stadium fare (and more) but the best stuff will be served in the luxury suites, of course. Reliant Stadium was built right next to the Reliant Astrodome and in close proximity to Six Flags Astroworld.
Selecting tickets to see the Houston Texans is an important process. The best season tickets, but also the most expensive season tickets, in Reliant Stadium are located near the Field Level Prime, Suite Level, lower level sideline, reserved sections, club sections, the 50 yard line, lower level, suite, field level, and in the luxury box suites. Sideline tickets along the mid field yard lines will give you best Houston Texans NFL game experience. Lower priced tickets are located on the upper levels of Reliant Stadium and in the general admission section, however, field level sideline and luxury box suites seats may be worth the upgrade in price.
